Swissôtel Nankai Osaka (スイスホテル南海大阪?) is a hotel situated directly above Namba Station on the Nankai Railway lines in Chuo-ku, Osaka, Japan. The hotel is managed by the Switzerland-based hotel chain Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and owned by Nankai Electric Railway Co., Ltd.

History

On 29 March 1990, the 36-story 147-meter high hotel was opened as "Nankai South Tower Hotel Osaka (南海サウスタワーホテル大阪?)". In later years, the management was taken over by Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Nankai Osaka was established as the first Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts property in Japan. Swissôtel Nankai Osaka facilities consist of a total of 548 guest rooms including Suite Rooms and Swiss Executive Rooms, 9 Restaurant & Bar, 18 Banquet & Meeting Rooms, Spa & Fitness and Business Centre. The Hotel is connected to Takashimaya Department Store on 5th Floor.
